Returns & Exchanges

Larsen and co, will accept returns or exchange merchandise within 7 days of purchase/receipt of items. Items must be returned unused, unworn and in original condition.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued after we have received and assessed the condition of the garments.  All refunds will be processed within 21 working days of the item being received at Larsen and co.

Please consult our sizing chart to ensure that you are purchasing the correct option.

If you are exchanging any items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless this is due to a manufacturing defect.  Please ensure that you use a reliable courier as we cannot be held liable for any loss of items. 

Please be as sure as you can be by using our size chart and images as it's not always easy for a small business to refund returns.

2. Style, colour and size of returning item

3. Exchange / Credit / Refund (not applicable to discounted items)

4. If exchanging, which style, colour and size are you hoping for?

 

Once we have this information, we can provide you with the next steps.
